Graduates of the MSc in Management and Corporate Governance

The PGD/MSc in Management and Corporate Governance will provide you with the knowledge, professional and key skills that equip you for senior appointments in industry, the social economy, the voluntary, charitable and the public sectors.

Your professional development will be acknowledged by the award of Graduate Membership of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (Grad ICSA). To qualify to become an ACIS and full member of the Institute, you must be able to demonstrate a minimum of six years relevant professional experience. This can be reduced by up to three years for graduates and holders of other relevant professional qualifications, if the qualification was studied full time. Further details of the institute may be found at www.icsa.org.uk

This full-time and part-time programme is the only university programme in the UK in which Grad ICSA can be awarded after the Postgraduate Diploma (120 M Level credit points) as all of ICSA’s requirements are satisfied at this stage. This approval was given in recognition of the unique quality and design of the programme. How to apply is on the Online prospectus
